Software that matter.

An independent studio building focused products, tools, and systems. One problem, solved completely.

On making

Alberti defined beauty as a harmony of parts so exact that nothing could be added or taken away without harm. We use the same test for software: reduce the problem to its essential shape, then build the smallest honest version.

What comes next belongs to reality. We learn from use, keep what earns its place, and let subtraction do the rest: deciding what not to build.

Practice

I

Mobile

High-fidelity iOS and Android applications, built native and held to the standard of the platform rather than the standard of the deadline.

II

Systems

Web and backend software for teams whose operations have outgrown the spreadsheet but do not yet warrant a department.

III

Direction

Product strategy from first sketch to store listing — scope, sequence, and the discipline to cut what does not earn its place.

Method

Evidence

No names, no screenshots. Just the decisions that make good software possible.

Until the work can be named, we can show the trail: the artifacts, trade-offs, and working habits that turn a vague idea into something people can use.

  1. The brief

    scope / intent

A problem reduced to one sentence: who it is for, what is difficult now, and what the first version must change.

  2. The cut

    trade-offs / focus

A visible record of what did not make the build. Restraint is useful when it leaves a reason behind.

  3. The build

    prototype / feedback

A working path through the idea, early enough to be wrong and concrete enough to teach us something.

  4. The release

    outcome / next

A small, honest account of what shipped, what changed, and what the next question became.

Colophon

Questions, press, or a problem worth solving.
